Guest guest Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 Dill, Gherkin & Red Onion Salsa 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill sprigs 6 medium (100 g)(3 1/2 oz) pickled gherkins, drained, halved lengthways, sliced 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon olive oil Combine dill, gherkin, onion, lemon rind, lemon juice, oil and salt and pepper in a bowl.
