Guest guest
I bake my rice. I add 1 cup of brown rice to 2 cooks of water. Bake at 375 for ~ 40 minutes (or longer just watch until all the water is gone. This is great if you have a timer on your oven and work. Do not stir while or after it has cooked. You can always add vegetable broth or seasonings to flavor the rice. Comes out fluffy and perfect always. Another way is to preheat oven and use boiling water it generally takes about 5 to 10 minutes off the cooking time.
