Guest guest Posted August 24, 2008 Report Share Posted August 24, 2008 Lemon and Almond Cauliflower 600 g (21 oz) cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets 2 cups chicken-style stock 1 cup dry-roasted almonds, chopped 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives 1 lemon pepper, to taste 1. Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish. Add stock. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes or until tender. Drain. 2. Using a zester, zest half the lemon. 3.
