Guest guest Posted August 24, 2008 Report Share Posted August 24, 2008 Cauliflower with Tarragon Butter 4 teaspoons olive oil 600 g (21 oz) cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets 40 g (1 1/2 oz) vegan margarine 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves 1. Preheat oven 220 C (430 F) or 200 C (400 F) for fan-forced. 2. Heat oil in a large, flameproof baking dish over medium heat. Add cauliflower. Cook, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned. 3. Add 1/4 cup cold water. Transfer to oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. 4. Meanwhile, melt margarine in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tarragon. Cook for 1 minute.
