Guest guest Posted August 23, 2008 Report Share Posted August 23, 2008 Chilli and Garlic Stir-fried Asian Greens 2 teaspoons peanut oil 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 small red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced 1 bunch choy sum, trimmed, stems and leaves separated 1 bunch gai lan (Chinese broccoli), trimmed, stems and leaves separated 1 teaspoon sesame oil 4 teaspoons GF soy sauce 4 teaspoons GF vegan oyster sauce (see Note) 1. Heat peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant. 2. Add choy sum and gai lan stems. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Add choy sum and gai lan leaves. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until just wilted. 4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve.
