Guest guest Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 Mango, Passion and Pine Frappe 1 cup diced frozen mango 1/4 small pineapple, peeled, core removed, roughly chopped 5 ice cubes 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp in syrup 1. Place mango, pineapple and ice cubes in a blender. Blend to combine. 2. Stir in passionfruit pulp. 3. Pour into glasses. Serve. VARIATION: Add 4 teaspoons fresh mint leaves with mango. Serves 2.
