Guest guest Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 Balsamic Baby Onions 12 baby brown (yellow) onions, halved, peeled 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 garlic clove, crushed 1. Combine onions, vinegar and garlic in a bowl. Stand for 30 minutes. 2. Drain onions, reserving liquid. 3. Heat a greased chargrill over medium-high heat. Cook onions, turning once, for 15 minutes or until tender. 4. Transfer to a bowl. Add reserved liquid. Toss to coat. Serve. Serves 6.
