Guest guest Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 Grilled Pumpkin with Paprika 600 g (21 oz) jap pumpkin (kabocha squash), deseeded, cut into thin wedges 8 teaspoons olive oil 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 2 garlic cloves, crushed l. Place pumpkin in a large bowl. Add oil, paprika and garlic. Toss to coat. 2. Heat a chargrill over medium-high heat. Cook pumpkin for 5 to 7 minutes each side or until browned and tender. Serve.
