Guest guest
I've run across a few recipes that call for natural yeast flakes, but cannot find them. Is brewers yeast a close substitute? Also some recipes call for whole wheat " pastry " flour. I found white wheat flour, but not a pastry flour. Will that work just as well? Guest guest
Brewer's yeast isn't gluten free. Natural yeast flakes is probably nutritional yeast.
