Guest guest Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 What about using sweet potato and nutritional yeast as a binder, take the beans and puree half (leave the other half whole) and then add the rice. I would also puree half of the onion, garlic and you might try to puree a little of the rice also....
