Guest guest Posted June 24, 2008 Report Share Posted June 24, 2008 I am new to this gluten free cooking and am trying to get great recipes to help my 18 year old son adjust to his diet limitations, but as I read the recipes I see the use of the words flour and starch used interchangeably sometimes.
