This has worked for me several times, I hope it works for you.

 

Whenever you are using baking soda or Energy Egg replacer as the

leavening agent, the liquids in the recipe can not be cold, in fact

I've had my best results when the liquids are warm.

 

Once you've added the warm liquids to the dry ingredients get the pan

into the pre-heated oven ASAP.
