Guest guest
- tapioca starch = tapioca flour = tapioca starch flour - potato starch is not the same as potato flour in the US but is the same in Australia. Potato starch is white. - cornstarch is not the same thing as corn flour in the US, but is the same as cornflour in Australia (make sure it is not wheaten cornflour). You can get also something called corn flour in Australia but is is yellow and not white. Recipes in the files calling for cornstarch will have cornflour written in brackets beside it as this is the Australian equivalent. - sweet rice flour = sticky rice flour = glutinous rice flour - garbanzo bean flour = chickpea flour = besan Hope that helps ... or it may just confuse you some more.
