Guest guest Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 Corn and Green Onion Dip 440 g (15 1/2 oz) can no added salt corn kernels, drained, rinsed 2 green onions, chopped 1 teaspoon sweet paprika 8 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves 4 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce 1/4 cup vegan sour cream 50 g (1 3/4 oz) cherry tomatoes, chopped 1. Process corn, onion, paprika, coriander (cilantro) and chilli sauce until combined. Transfer to a bowl. 2. Add sour cream. Stir to combine. 3. Season with pepper. Top with tomato. Serves 8.
