Guest guest Posted June 6, 2008 Report Share Posted June 6, 2008 Pea Puree l 3/4 cups frozen peas 2/3 cup chicken-style stock 2 teaspoons vegan margarine 1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Cover; bring to boil over moderate heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. 2. Cool slightly then process in a food processor until smooth. 3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
