Guest guest
Hi there, Just thought I'd share one of our favorite warm weather recipes. These are the best, CREAMIEST, all around YUMMIEST ice-creams you can get, but we also use the unfrozen 'sauce' as a fruit salad dressing or dip. Here goes: 1 tin of coconut milk (the best is Thai kitchen premium in a red and black tin. The only ingredients are coconut milk and guar gum . . . no preservatives and it is thicker and creamer than any others.) 1/4 cup honey or other sweet syrup of you prefer. 1/4 cup carob powder 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt Blend all till VERY smooth, chill and use or put in ice cream molds and freeze. Enjoy! Jen
