Hi there,

I joined receintly and wanted to say " Hi " . I look forward to reading

through everyone's recipes. My family has been vegan for nearly 7

years now, I went vegan about a year before the birth of my son. We

went gluten free when my son was about 3 and severe ADHD and through

much prayer and tears we came to recoginze that when he ate wheat he

was hyper and difficult, and when he didn't he calmed down, could

focus, and we all enjoyed life so much more. We later realized that

my husband is also wheat intolerant, it drops him emotionally and

makes him very depressed. Life has been much better since going

gluten free, but it has also been very difficult in regards to meals,

and I'm really not sure what to do for school lunches. So that's why

I'm here, its nice to know there are others trying to live as we are.
