Guest guest
I make mixes for many of the recipes I make regularly - pizza, bread, muesli bars, Melty " Cheese " - then it's really fast and easy to just add the wet ingredients and whip something up. Melty " Cheese " Mix This is a great " cheese " for pizza, nachos and similar recipes. 5 cups nutritional (savoury) yeast flakes 1 cup + 4 teaspoons white rice flour 1 cup cornstarch (cornflour) 10 tablespoons (7.5 Aust. tbsp) salt To Make: 3/4 cup Melty " Cheese " Mix 1 cup water. 1/4 cup vegan margarine 1. In a small saucepan, gradually add water to dry mix form a smooth paste. 2. Stir in remaining water. 3. Place on heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens and boils. Boil for 30 seconds. 4. Remove from heat and whip in margarine. TIP: To use this put it into a squeezy sauce bottle and then squeeze it on.
