Guest guest Posted May 20, 2008 Report Share Posted May 20, 2008 Mint Sauce 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves 1. Place vinegar, sugar and 1/2 cup cold water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves. 2. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. 3. Add mint. Stir to combine. Cool to room temperature. 4. Serve with steamed peas.
