Guest guest Posted May 20, 2008 Report Share Posted May 20, 2008 Barbecue Sauce 1 brown onion, thinly sliced into rings 2 garlic cloves, crushed 4 teaspoons dijon mustard 1/4 cup tomato sauce (ketchup) 4 teaspoons GF vegan Worcestershire sauce 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cold water 1. Spray a saucepan with oil. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened. 2. Add mustard, tomato sauce (ketchup), Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar and 1/4 cup cold water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.
