Guest guest Posted May 13, 2008 Report Share Posted May 13, 2008 Spiced Cauliflower 4 teaspoons olive oil 2 teaspoons black mustard seeds 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/4 teaspoon ground chilli powder 1 small cauliflower (500 g)(17 1/2 oz), trimmed, cut into florets 1. Preheat oven to 220 C (430 F) or 200 C (400 F) for fan-forced. 2. Heat oil in a large, flameproof baking dish over medium-high heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric and chilli. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant. 3. Add cauliflower and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Place in oven.
