Guest guest Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Panch Phoron 2 Tbsp cumin seeds 2 Tbsp black mustard seeds 2 Tbsp nigella seeds 2 Tbsp fennel seeds 2 Tbsp fenugreek seeds Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight jar.
