Guest guest Posted May 8, 2008 Report Share Posted May 8, 2008 Quick Mustard and Chive Aioli 3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise 1 garlic clove, crushed 4 tsp wholegrain mustard 1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped 2 tsp fresh lemon juice in a medium bowl. mixed crudites (such as asparagus, snow peas, carrot sticks, celery, capsicum and radish) 1. Combine mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, chives, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. 2. Place the aioli in a serving bowl. Place on a platter with mixed crudites. NOTE: Crudites are traditional French appetizers comprising sliced or whole raw vegetables which are dipped in a vinaigrette or another dipping sauce.
