Mark's Bread

How long does your bread last on the shelf? Do you refrigerate it? The

bread lasted about 5 days on the counter. Do you think it will last longer

without drying out in the refrigerator? My 4 yr old is usually the only one

eating it, but after a few days, I start smelling a vinegar smell, which I

think means it goes bad. Within a few days of smelling the vinegar, it will

be moldy. This is nothing new with GF bread, just like the other recipes,

but I just wanted to find out what others' experience was like.
