Guest guest Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Raisin Pie Filling Source: Benton Sister's Vol. 3 2 1/4 cups water 2 2/3 cups raisins 1/3 cup liquid sweetener 5 tsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. lemon extract Bring water and raisins to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, add to raisin mixture. Thicken. Pour into an unbaked 9 " crust. Bake at 350° for 25 - 35 minutes. Cool.
