Potato and Rosemary Pizza

 

 

1 GF pizza base of choice

 

olive oil

6 baby red rascal potatoes, thinly sliced

6 teaspoons rosemary, chopped

2 garlic cloves, sliced

salt and pepper

 

 

1. Place pizza base onto a well oiled baking tray or pizza stone.

 

2. Brush with oil, top with potatoes, rosemary and garlic. Drizzle

with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

 

3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
