Guest guest Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Banana Granola Source: A Taste of Nature 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup cornmeal, whole grain 1/4 cup soy flour 8 cups oats, old fashioned rolled (gf) 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup date butter 1 tsp. salt 1 large mashed banana 2 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together well. Place on two baking sheets. Bake at warm or the lowest oven setting overnight or at 250 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice. Makes about 10 cups or 18 servings.
