Guest guest Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 Rose's Tofu Ice Cream 8 oz. tofu, soft 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 Tbsp. oil 6 Tbsp. sugar (or alternative sweetener) 3/4 cup rice milk Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour mixture into a low container and place in the freezer. Stir frequently during the freezing process in order to prevent crystallization. When ready to serve, transfer the frozen dessert mixture to the refrigerator for about 10 - 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
