Guest guest Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 Friendship Tofu Ice Cream Source: Recipes of Friendship Cookbook 1 1/3 lb. tofu rinse and drain* 1/2 cup honey 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. slippery elm powder 1 cup raspberries or other fruit Blend all the above together until very smooth. Freeze solid. Put through a Champion Juicer or food processor. Freeze a second time. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving to softgen.
