Guest guest Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 Plain Ice Cream Source: previously posted to SDA-veg-recipes by Nancy B. 2 cups soy milk 7 tablespoons sunflower oil 3 tablespoons vanilla essence 3 tablespoons maple syrup Pour 1 1/2 cups soy milk into ice-cube trays and freeze until solid (approximately 4-5 hours). Put the remaining 1/2 soy milk into a blender, together with the oil, vanilla and syrup. Add the now-frozen soy milk cubes and blend until very smooth.
