Guest guest Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 Not Butter 1 cup hot water 2 heaping teaspoons vegan gelatin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 cup raw cashews (cleaned) Soften jel in hot water until clear. Blend 1/2 cup water mixture with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add remaining water and blend. Add: 1/2 cup + 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil Blend, pour into a container, cover and refrigerate. Some add garlic to this to make a garlic spread.
