Guest guest Posted April 20, 2008 Report Share Posted April 20, 2008 To Foo Yong 2 pkg. (12.3 oz.) Mori Nu tofu 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup snow peas, cut into small pieces 4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 2/3 cup flour of choice (gluten free if necessary) 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced In a blender, blend one package of tofu with the Bragg's Liquid Aminos. Use a spatula to make it keep blending. IN a frying pan, saute the veggies in water or vegetable oil. Mix the second tofu package, flour and yeast flakes. Add all ingredients together and place 1/3 cup portions on greased cookie sheet and shape with spatula. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. Turn them over and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Mix a sauce of 2 cups water, 4 Tbsp. of Bragg's Liquid Aminos, and 4 Tbsp. cornstarch; cook over medium high heat until thickened. Serve patties with sauce on top.
