Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Bircher Muesli 2 cups certified GF rolled oats 1/2 cup milk alternative 1 cup apple juice 4 teaspoons lemon juice 8 teaspoons honey (-OR- vegan alternative such as agave nectar) 1 granny smith apple, chopped -OR- grated 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots 2 fresh dates, pitted and quartered 1/2 cup low-fat plain soy yoghurt fresh fruit and soy yoghurt, to serve 1. Place oats, milk alternative, apple juice, lemon juice, honey, apple, apricots and dates in a bowl. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Fold through yoghurt.
