Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) or 160 C (320 F) for fan-forced. 2. Make topping: Using fingertips, rub topping ingredients together in a bowl until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. 3. Combine berries, vanilla and sugar in a bowl. Spoon half the mixture into a 4 cm (1 1/2 " ) deep, 20 cm (8 " )(base) pie dish. 4. Sprinkle half the topping over berry mixture. Repeat with remaining berry mixture and topping. 5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 6. Serve with vegan cream, custard or ice-cream. TIP: If you can't eat oats, try replacing the topping with an oat free version, such as the topping in the " Family Apple Crumble " crumble recipe. Serves 4.
