Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Pistachio Plum Crumbles 825 g (29 oz) can whole plums, drained, halved, stones removed Topping: 50 g (1 3/4 oz) vegan margarine, chilled, chopped 1/3 cup GF flour blend 8 teaspoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup pistachio kernels, chopped 1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) or 160 C (320 F) for fan-forced. 2. Place plum halves, in a single layer, on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 3. Make topping: Using fingertips, rub topping ingredients together in a bowl until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle over plums. 4. Bake for 20 minutes. 5.
