Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Spicy Bean Dip 1\2 cup pinto beans 1\2 cup kidney beans 1 small can tomato paste 1 small onion 3 cloves garlic basil parsley apple juice or apple\lime juice to texture 1\2 t cayenne pepper Bring beans to a boil in a saucepan, boil for 5 minutes then pour off the water. Use fresh water and simmer until done. Drain beans and set aside. Saut� onion and garlic in the bottom of the pot with a little bit of olive oil for one minute.
