Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 La Tea Dah's Wild Rice Patties *These were served at a family dinner last week-end and are delicious! 1 cup raw brown and wild rice (mix) Cook and cool the rice according to package directions. egg substitute equal to three eggs (soy flour or tofu works well) 1/4 cup Vegannaise 1 chopped onion 1 cup chopped pecans salt to taste Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into an oiled skillet and fry until brown. Prepare gravy (try the cashew gravy in our archives) and pour over patties. Bake covered @ 350� for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
