Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes 8 oz. soft tofu 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup white kidney beans, cooked 1/4 tsp. salt 1 green onion, chopped In a food processor or blender, combine tofu, lemon juice, beans, and salt. Process until smooth. Add green onion and process a few seconds, trying not to liquefy the onion. Refrigerate and serve cold or at room temperature.
