Guest guest
I just bought some Cottage " salad " made with mostly tofu from Whole Foods. I don't remember the name brand. I think it's out of Austin, TX. I usually buy their Tofu " No Egg " salad and it's amazing. This stuff is also amazing, and has much lower soy protein, just 7 grams per serving instead of the nearly 30 in the No Egg salad. I will try to make this recipe below. With the stuff I just bought, I put it in spaghetti sauce and added some " parmesan cheese. " It tasted just like lasagna filling, and lighter than the usual filling I make with cashews. Thanks for posting this.
