Guest guest Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Broccoli Garbanzo Salad Source: 3ABN 1 bunch broccoli, broken into bite-sized pieces 20 ounce can garbanzos, drained 1 can black olives, drained 3 T. fresh parsley, minced or 1 T. dried parsley 1/4 t. oregano 1 t. sweet basil 1 recipe Tangy Middle East dressing (next post) cherry tomatoes for garnish Marinate first 6 ingredients in a generous amount of Tangy Middle East Dressing.
