Guest guest
*This sounds beautiful! I've never thought of garnishing a banana this way; I've only tried this method with cucumbers. Tropical Holiday Source: 3ABN 1 fresh pineapple 1 ripe papaya, cubed 2 bananas 1 cup honeydew melon balls 2 limes, thinly sliced 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted 2 t. lime juice Wash and dry pineapple. Cut in quarters lengthwise, keeping leaves intact. Remove fruit. Core and cut pineapple in chunks. Run the tines of a fork lenthwise down the peeled bananas. Slice diagonally and add to pineapple chunks. Add remaining ingredients. Carefully fill each quarter shell with the combined fruits. Pour Pineapple Dressing (posted separately) over the top. Garnish with more lime slices. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
