Guest guest Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Barb's Rice & Garbanzo beans 2 Tbsp. oil 1 cup brown rice Dextronize the rice in the oil and then add 2 cups water, cover and simmer for approx. 30 minutes (make sure you don't burn it) Seasoning mix 1 tsp. dried basil 2 tsp. chopped parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. chicken like seasoning 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans Bragg's liquid aminos to taste.
