Guest guest Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Apple Milk Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 1 cup cashews or blanched almonds 2 - 1/2 cups water 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 2 large apples Blend nuts until very fine. Add water and maple syrup, blending well. Quarter apples, removing stems, seeds and cores, then cut into chunks. Add apple pieces to blender and blend well. Chill well prior to use.
