Guest guest Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Avocado Dip Combine the following in a bowl and mash thoroughly: 1 ripe avocado 1 Tbsp. water 1 tsp. lemon juice (or a little more if it is freshly squeezed) Then mix in: 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder Best when served fresh. Leftovers will tend to turn brown. Serve avacado dip with chips or try it on top of haystacks. It is a great alternative to mayonnaise.
