Guest guest Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 Spinach Salad Source: Total Health Cookbook 1 bunch fresh spinach, torn into bits 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms 1 sliced green onion (2 Tsp.) 1 clove finely minced garlic 3 Tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 15 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves alfalfa sprouts Combine first 6 ingredients.
