Guest guest Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 Gluten Free Baking Mix Source: Country Beans If you have wheat or gluten allergies, use this mix in place of wheat and bean flour called for in recipes for breads, cakes, cookies and some cereals. 3 cups brown rice flour 1 cup tapioca flour 2/3 cup corn flour 2 tsp. xanthan gum 1 1/2 cups potato starch flour 1 cup pinto bean flour 1/2 cup teff flour (added for " brown " color) *For ultra-sensitive celiacs, omit Teff) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
