Guest guest
Carob Fudge Source: the Internet 2 1/2 cups of carob chips (malt sweetened) 1/4 to 1/2 cup of peanut butter 1/2 cup of raisins or a little more 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut 1/4 cup of toasted cashew pieces or other nuts Heat the carob chips and peanut butter in a double boiler until melted. Stir the entire time. After melted, add the other items. Pour into an oiled 8X8 or slightly larger dish and put in the frig until cold and set (about 2 hours). This is very good, but high in calories. I recommend keeping it cold. Enjoy!
