Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 Broccoli with Macadamia Butter 100 g (3 1/2 oz) broccoli, cut into florets 40 g (1 1/2 oz) vegan margarine 8 teaspoons coarsely chopped macadamia nuts 1. Boil broccoli in a medium saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain. 2. Melt margarine in a large frying pan; cook nuts until browned lightly. 3.
