Guest guest Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 Mixed Berry Crepes 250 g (9 oz) strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced 125 g (4 1/2 oz) raspberries 1/4 cup sugar 1 quantity GF crepes (see Files) 1. Place strawberries, raspberries and sugar in a bowl. Toss to combine. 2. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours. 3. Make crepes. 4. Serve crepes with berry mixture.
