Guest guest Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 Mixed Mushroom Crepes 50 g (13/4 oz) vegan margarine 1 small brown (yellow) onion, thinly sliced 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves 200 g (7 oz) Swiss brown mushrooms, thinly sliced 200 g (7 oz) portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced 200 g (7 oz) cup mushrooms, thinly sliced 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves 1 quantity GF crepes (see Files) 1. Melt margarine in large frying pan over high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. 2. Add garlic, thyme and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes or until mushrooms are browned and tender. 3. Add parsley. Stir to combine. Remove pan from heat. Cover to keep warm. 4. Meanwhile, make crepes. 5.
